Does anyone know if Liz's 2003 album is available on vinyl anywhere in the world?
If so, what country(s)?
Please let me know.

I don't think so. I think only EIG, W-S, WCSE, the Supernova single, and the Carivore single are available on vinyl.

I don't mean to sound like a bitch, but..why exactly would you want the self titled on vinyl? I mean, some albums sound better or cooler on vinyl, but I can't imagine that the self titled is one of them.

i've always wanted to hear it on vinyl to see if the songs are still ruined by the awful compression (example: kick drum intro on 'friend of mine'), or if that was done in the CD mastering stages.

It does not exist.
I know Phair was asked before it was released, if it would be released on Vinyl and she said something to the effect of "They usually let me put it out on vinyl but we'll see".

Cool,
A bitch? No, not at all! That's a very reasonable question. Actually, I was buying records from the time I was a kid and would easily rate the LP album as 1 of the 10 best album covers of all time! I'm wondering what it would look like on vinyl. The sound...yeah, I know, I know, it's inferior to today's CD's. But remember CD's for years really didn't sound any better than vinyl. The old ones from the 80's and much of the 90's before they came out with 24kHz mastering were really nothing more than someone hitting record while a vinyl record was playing. There's a lot of hiss on these old CD's.
Anyhow, I'd LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLOVE to see an LP on vinyl!
