OK, so nobody knows? How about this, I keep going back and forth about who the actor and actress are. Can anyone help me nail that down?

It's Singing in the Rain... that's the character Lina Lamont, and the actress who plays her .. her name escapes me.

Accoding to IMDB date base, Jean Hagen was the actress that played Lina Lamont. I seem to remember that her character had an awful singing voice, so they got Kathy Selden (Debbie Reynolds) to do the voice when it was switched to a talkie (this is a movie about making a movie that went from silent to talkie, wasn't it?)

It's been ages since I've seen this movie and I guess that I probably ought to see it again. They just don't make 'em like they used to.
