Hey Everybody,
I am so excited to share with you guys that I've adopted a little boy ..he was born 2 weeks ago.
His name is Wyatt (after my dad) Steven (after my little brother and Scooter) and we are enjoying some very private family time.
Just wanted you to be the first to know.
Lots of love,
Sheryl.

Because you know that staying in a relationship with someone when you don't love them is the solution.

no it's not, but i'm sure leaving someone as soon as they get cancer is a nice way to do things too. considering the fact that said person had cancer themselves. say what you will, but the man's a prick.

Uh huh, sure. I wonder what would feel worse, cancer treatment or knowing that your partner did not love you and resented their choice to stay with you and vicariously you more and more each day.

I'm with WLY on this one. Leaving someone after they find out that they have cancer is one of the lowest things that you can do to a person. The way I see it, if a person is not willing to provide support to someone who they previously claimed to be in love with, then did they ever really love them to begin with? Now, I'm not saying that he should have pretended to still be in love with her but, as a(n) (ex) fiance and a fellow cancer survivor, he should have been there to offer love and support.

But then we don't know if they stayed friends or if their breakup was clean and healthy, so we're only speculating.
Atleast she's healthy and has a son now.
