I really want some new DCs, because I love my current pair but they're getting too much airplay, as it were. I need another pair. My current ones are this model and I've had them for a few months:

I also want this piece of knitwear. I don't even know why knitwear made a comeback, but it makes for comfortable clothing and looks good.



This is a hoody I really want. Now generally I don't like hoodys, but when they're made of a thin material and are a little tight, I think they look really nice. I also love red and red clothes.



I also want a new cd player because my current one is half broken and it's just weird... the lengths I go to to make it work. But that's another story.

i found a way to play these mp4 or m4p. i think vlc player can play them so get to it.

I've got vlc on Windows XP, Mac, and Linux.

vlc CAN play m4a (mpeg 4 audio files), but cannot play the encrypted m4p files.

What, is Von Maur a department store in Nebraska? I've never heard of it.

I've actually never been to the state of Nebraska, although I've been in several states around it.

It's an upscale department store, located in only a few states....I just looked it up and it's only in Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Indiana, Michingan, Ohio and Kentucky (only 22 stores nation-wide).

What states have you been to around Nebraska? My mom's family is from Texas and we had a family reunion for her family at our house a couple of years ago. A lot of the people had never been to Nebraska before and weren't sure what to expect. They expected, like, a desolate prairie or something, but I think they were really surpised at how pretty it is.

We lived in Minnesota for one year while I was in a training program. I've driven up I-35 on the road trip up there from Dallas to the twin cities. We eventually went up to Duluth during the year that we were up there.

I've been to Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa. I haven't been to Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota. I'm actually up to about 37 or 38 states. Besides those that I've mentioned, I haven't been to Montana, Michigan, and almost all of the states east of New York (although I went on a business trip to Massachusetts in 1999). I also haven't been to AK or HI.

When we would drive up I-35, I liked the rolling hills northeast of Wichita--very scenic. That's where it angles towards Kansas City.

When we lived in Northwest Houston, we had some neighbors that were from Nebraska and moved back. I believe they were from Omaha.

I love sweaters. This looks like a nice spring sweater that is loosely knit. I brought all my cotton and silk sweaters back to school after spring break, and the weather is so cold I am still in thick lambswool and merino v-necks.



The only hoody I own is a maroon one that I sort of hate. It has nothing to do with it being maroon, it is because it is cheap and GAP. That's why.



As for the CD player thing... you need to get an MP3 player LY. Seriously, you are wasting your money going for another cd player. I know you LOVE cds.. but yeesh old man! I love them too, but my iPOD is priceless. Nothing like having gigs of Tori in my pocket.

I really like the fat shoes I have. They're kind of narrow and buffed on top, so they just make my feet look cute rather than clownish, because they're still pretty small across.



I got a tshirt like this in the end, but in two shades of grey. It's long sleeved but the material is very soft and loose so it'll be more practical for the hot weather - that said, the winter stock is about to go on sale and H&M and there's a knitwear sweater I've been dying to get my mitts on forever. It's stripped in different shades of a reddy purple. That sounds kind of manky, but it's really cute.



I was looking up Ipods. I think when I go to Uni, I'll get one before in that mad "Buy everything I might need for the next year or so" shopping rush.

I couldn't imagine making a long flight over the big pond without an iPod or some other music player.

I love my mini. Those nanos are of course extremely cool... but just a tad on the small side for my liking. The perfect size for me would be in between the mini and the nano size, but the mini is just fine for me.

Except the sad fact that my battery only lasts 3 hours now. ...and the iPod is almost full (although that one's not important, I can take off the stuff I don't listen to anymore.)
