Oh dear god. Why would anyone do that to a Liz song? I *hate* it when people cover a song and change the "boy" to "girl" or whatever. It's a fucking cover, no one will think you're gay, they'll think you're singing someone elses song. Badly.

i agree. i actually really liked the cover and i got it stuck in my mind since i heard it. my only suggestion would be trying to normalize the volume of the track so it gets clearer. other than that, it's great.

Which Liz Phair tune(s) would people be interested in hearing being "interpreted"? It could help spark my music mode. I've been so busy getting into video production lately. One idea would be taking a rocker and turning into a mellower piece. Just inverse of what I did with Girls Girls Girls in 1997.
