I listened to a few songs by that A fine frenzy person, they bored me and her voice irritated me.

i had a somewhat different reaction. they left me cold. it was okay but i've heard that kind of music done better. it's okay though.

Actually, when I first heard her I honestly didn't think I was too crazy about her, but she honestly did grow on me & now I really enjoy her. I like "You Picked Me" especially.

I'll admit, her debut isn't as good as some other female debuts that I have heard. However, I love the CD and think that she is very talented and I'm really looking forward to watching her grow and develop as an artist, I think she has a lot of potential.

You know, I actually listened to the songs again today and I liked them better. It was just a horrible first impression.
Yeah, her voice is pretty good, annoying at points but good. I think something that kind of turned me off was her name, it sounds kind of like trying too hard to be arty.

I think what initially put me off a little bit about "One Cell" was actually the production itself-there is actually (and I don't mean this in a negative way) something a litle "cheesy" about the orchestrations/production quality-I hope you get what I'm saying (trying to phrase it right)-At first I was really put off by it-like it was some sort've "Celtic Woman" or Riverdance type of thing-BUT, on repeated listenings, it almost becomes rather charming & I warmed up to it.
I agree totally with you, Marci, that she is very talented & somebody to watch.
