Who knows where the photo is really from and what if anything it has to do with Perez. Who's the other woman? And who's dumb enough to mar a perfectly fine pic of Liz by putting writing over her chest? Plz. We get 2 new photos a year and one of them is debased. That's my WTF in this situation.
