I was up close, and got quite a few pictures throughout. Old fashioned camera, so they'll have to be developed, but then I can share them.
I was able to meet Liz afterward, she signed Exile in Guyville and Somebody's Miracle, and took a photo with me.
Great experience, my first Liz concert...
Perhaps I'll give more information about the concert another day soon.

it's amazingly perfect!
She was really great tonight!!
Just right before the show starts, me and the other two girls saw Liz's in a bar close to cain's. She allowed us to buy her and the band drinks!!
She ordered a martine!

by the way, to Space Pirate,
perfect set list! i can't do any better than this.

One thing i remember it's probably during "soap star joe",
one of her guitar stream broke off when she was playing half way through. Bob helped her to switch to another guitar during the song, and Liz was still able to make the song go perfect even with all the troubles. very cool!
Jazzman
Yes, please post the pics, I'm so jealous! I wasn't able to do that a few nights before!

GoOnAhead
Loving her trying all these covers!
Space Pirate
Fun Fact: She said she hadn't gotten all the lyrics for the song down, or something along those lines, so she had a sheet with the lyrics that she had to look at every now and then.

She's done that one a lot in the past 2 years. I've heard it at least three times since the last record came out.

The show WAS amazing. Small, intimate crowd... and she and the boys definately rocked us. Her band was tight and groovy for sure. There's been a lot of criticism about the sound of her music lately. I would love for some of those critics to have been at the show in TUlsa. SHe blew the doors off the place. Her live sound with the band was AMAZING.

Thanks for coming to Tulsa Lizard Phir and come back POR FAVOR!!

DAMMIT, that does sound amazing.. why can't I live anywhere NEAR Tulsa.. (wow, that's probably the only time I'll ever say that..)

"You know how people say Tulsa is the Paris of the Mid west?" "Who says that?" "People who have never been to Paris.."
