Cafe Campus' website says the show was canceled. Not sure why...

Maybe she caught something from Ozzy's old tour bus and had to cancel.

If you go to Liz's website and click on her tour schedule, it lists the Buffalo show on the 20th and then the Chicago show on the 25th. It does not list either Toronto or Montreal?? Wonder if she cancelled Toronto as well? Problems entering the country? Shows didn't sell well enough? Not enough Molson?

That could be it. She couldn't take the pressure and is currently fleeing for Mexico right now.

If it's not too much to ask, and I don't think it is, it would be nice to get an answer as to what the hell would prompt the show I have been waiting for for.....oh going on long enough now to be suddenly cancelled for no apparent reason.
I think my heart might very well break.

Your best bet would to call the venue and ask them.

Hey, if you find out if it's being rescheduled, could you let me know? smarties44@hotmail.com - I'm a good trip away from Montreal, but I'd be willing to take the 12 hour bus ride to see her again

I can email you if you want but you're likely to find out at the same time as I am, since this website is my source of information in regards to the new date. I've called Cafe Campus enough times to know that they don't know anything yet and while I'll probably keep checking with them - mostly because I am beginning to really enjoy the increasingly flirtatious exchanges I've been having with the guy that works there - I suspect this website will be the first to announce when the show is going to be rescheduled for.

Due to scheduling conflicts Liz Phair will be postponing her show at Café Campus in Montreal on Saturday, October 24. The show will be re-scheduled at the earliest possible date.

It was cancelled beacuse of Liz being at the World Series I think.

So I think I've really tried to be patient about the whole thing, but it is fair to stop holding my breath for there to be some kind of announcement....I think very shortly I am going to have to resign myself to the gut-wrenching, heart-breaking truth that I may not get to see Liz this year after all. Which really really really really would suck especially because after so many listens this new album is really growing on me....so much so that Why I Lie is part of my shower ritual.
I am so sad right now.

When is this concert happening? I have tickets from the show that was "postponed" in November! IS it happening at all?
