Well, I started college today, and I can safely say it went AWESOME. I'm going to Middlesex Community College in Middletown, CT. I'm taking COM 101 (Intro to Mass Communications), DGA 110 (Computer Graphic Design; gonna learn me some Photoshop skills!), ENG 101 (Composition), and PSY 111 (General Psychology). I only have classes Mon. and Wed. which rocks. Honestly, I was really excited and really nervous at the same time, because it's my first day of college, but it's also my first day of college. lol. My graphic design class is awesome (there's someone I went to high school with there, which was really cool). Mass Communications is awesome, too. The professor talked about how the market is able to sell us water, and I immediately crakced up, thinking of the comedian Jim Gaffigan. And I just got back from my Psychology class, which is also awesome as well (it's at my high school, and it feels weird to already be back there; there's also someone I went to high school with there). We had a "getting to know each other" exercise, but it went really well. I already met two new people. Wednesday, I have the same first two classes, and then instead of Psych, I have Composition. My friend Ryan tells me that the instructor sucks the big one, but I can deal with it. Apparently, she didn't grade ANY of his work except for his final exam. But yeah. I'm actually really excited to go back on Wednesday.

Good for you. I had my first Psych class Saturday morning and was relieved to find out the instructor is a freak. But I guess that is to be expected with Psych majors. Very liberal, full of stories and cuss words, etc. This may be my fave class yet. I am old and am just getting into "the swing of things".

My Psych instructor is awesome. Don't go back for two weeks, though. No classes next Monday (only have that class on Mondays). But I'm excited.

I start college/sixth form next week, and I've decided to take Maths with statistics.

I have my college enrollment today and then I start on the 12th.

I'm terrified. I doubt I'll really fit in, I tend to scare people away with my sick sense of humor.

I'm hoping my classes are good. The worst thing is we HAVE to take 4 subjects, which means, college all week no day's off. Well, it's unlikely.

So when you only have one subject in the day, you do only have to be there for the lesson, don't you?

If I only have 1 subject on one day, I only go in for that hour.

Basically I only have to be there when I have a lesson.

well my college makes us do general studies and IT lessons, so we're in for those, lessons and tutor periods. I doubt I'll have time off for a whole day, I'll probably have some short days, I dunno.

Yah, I'm 16. After year 11, you start sixth form/college, which is from 16 to 18, then at 18 you go to university.
